Lino Concrete
A conversion-focused marketing website for a 26-year Calgary concrete contractor, built to turn local search traffic into quote requests instead of losing leads to competitors.

Replaced an offline, referral-only business with a searchable, structured web presence, giving a 26-year contractor the local SEO foundation and lead-capture system to compete for Calgary concrete searches instead of relying on word of mouth.
Lino Concrete has 26+ years of experience and six specialized services, but no way to show it up online: no site, no local search visibility, and no structured way for a homeowner or GC to request a quote outside of a phone call. Every lead that searched "concrete contractor Calgary" was landing on a competitor's site instead.
I built a full marketing site on Next.js designed around one goal: convert visitors into quote requests. Each of the six services (stamped concrete, epoxy flooring, exposed aggregate, acid-staining, broom finishing, placing & finishing) got its own dedicated page with benefits, a 4-step process breakdown, and FAQs, both to help visitors self-select the right service and to give Google dedicated pages to rank for high-intent local keywords. Separate landing pages for residential and commercial buyers let the messaging speak directly to each audience's priorities (curb appeal and cost vs. durability and code compliance) instead of one generic pitch.
On the technical side, the site ships full local-SEO infrastructure, including LocalBusiness JSON-LD structured data, geo meta tags, an auto-generated sitemap covering every service and industry page, Open Graph/Twitter cards, and semantic metadata per route, so the business shows up correctly in Google Maps, local pack results, and rich snippets. A branded quote request form accepts project photos and PDFs as attachments and emails the lead straight to the business inbox via Nodemailer, with inline validation, drag-and-drop upload, and file-type restrictions to keep submissions clean. A masonry project gallery with a full lightbox viewer replaces the "send me photos over text" workflow with a real portfolio visitors can browse unprompted. Every section, from hero and trust signals to process, testimonials, and service area, was built to move a visitor toward the contact form, not just inform them.
End result: a fast, mobile-first site (Next.js 16 + Tailwind 4) that positions Lino Concrete as Calgary's established concrete authority, is structured to rank for the exact searches its customers use, and turns that traffic into qualified leads with photos attached, automatically.
