B91 Automotive
A conversion-focused website for a Calgary auto repair & autobody shop, built to turn confused, price-shopping drivers into booked appointments and phone calls.

By replacing vague messaging with clear, benefit-driven service pages and putting a call-to-action within reach on every screen, the site turns local search traffic into phone calls and quote requests instead of silent bounces, the core metric that matters for a service business like B91 Automotive.
B91 Automotive is a Calgary-based auto repair and autobody shop offering everything from engine diagnostics to insurance-claim collision repair. Before this project, their online presence didn't reflect the range or quality of their work: potential customers had no fast way to understand services, trust the shop's expertise, or take the next step (call, quote, or visit). For a local shop, every visitor who leaves without calling is a lost job.
The brief was to build a fast, mobile-first marketing site that explains the shop's six core services in plain language, builds trust through real numbers (customers served, hours completed, repairs delivered), and removes every bit of friction between 'I found this site' and 'I picked up the phone.' I built it with Next.js 15 (App Router) and Tailwind CSS 4 for performance and easy long-term maintenance, with a dedicated dynamic route per service so each one is easy to find, read, and share.
Key pain points addressed: • Customers couldn't tell what the shop actually did beyond 'auto repair,' solved with a dedicated, keyword-rich page per service (engine & transmission, autobody & paint, insurance claims, windshield repair, new/used parts) explaining exactly what's included and why it matters. • Insurance claims are a major source of customer anxiety after an accident, addressed with a dedicated 'Insurance Claims Assistance' service page and messaging that promises to handle the paperwork end-to-end. • No clear call-to-action meant lost leads, so every section (hero, about, services, mid-page banner) now ends in a direct 'Call Now' or 'Free Quote' button, plus a floating WhatsApp button and a full contact form with hours, phone, email, and address always visible. • No trust signals, so we added a stats bar (1000+ happy customers, 500+ services offered, 2000+ hours of work, 1800+ repairs completed) and a testimonials section so first-time visitors have proof before they call. • Generic, low-visibility SEO, fixed by writing unique meta titles, descriptions, keywords, and Open Graph tags targeting 'Calgary auto repair' and 'Calgary autobody' search intent.
The result is a lightweight, fast-loading site where a visitor can land on any page, understand what the shop offers, and be one tap away from calling, exactly what a local service business needs to turn traffic into booked jobs.
