YYC Cash for Cars
A conversion-focused website for a Calgary junk & scrap car buying company, built to turn local searches into qualified phone and form leads with instant cash-offer requests, city-specific landing pages, and a fully automated lead-notification pipeline.

Replaced a single generic homepage with a city-by-city SEO structure and an automated, photo-rich lead notification system, so every local search has a dedicated landing page to convert on, and every form submission reaches the owner as a call-ready lead in seconds instead of sitting unread.
The client runs a cash-for-junk-cars business in Calgary and needed more than a brochure site: they needed a machine for generating and capturing local leads. Their pain point: most visitors abandon a service business site if they can't quickly tell 'do you serve my area' and 'how much is my car worth,' and every missed or slow-to-answer lead is a car sold to a competitor instead. I designed and built a Next.js site around that problem. Every city they serve (Calgary, Airdrie, Cochrane, Okotoks, Chestermere, High River, Strathmore, Canmore) gets its own dedicated, SEO-optimized landing page with localized copy, neighborhoods served, response times, and page-level metadata and structured data, so the business can rank and convert on 'cash for cars [city]' searches instead of relying on one generic homepage.
The core conversion tool is a quote-request form that captures vehicle details, reason for selling, and photo uploads, then instantly emails the owner a branded, ready-to-action lead notification (with logo, click-to-call, and click-to-reply built in), turning a form submission into a phone-ready lead within seconds, with no CRM or manual checking required. A floating WhatsApp button gives visitors a second, lower-friction way to reach out instantly. The result is a fast, mobile-first site that functions as an always-on sales rep: it explains the offer, builds trust with a clear 3-step process and service guarantees, and routes every serious visitor straight into the owner's inbox and phone.
